How much time does it take to ship/deliver a product?
Delivery times depend on the seller and the shipping method you choose at checkout. When you complete your order on the refurbisher's website, you will see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times.

Most refurbishers listed on RefurbMe ship within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Standard delivery times by region:
- US sellers: 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Express options (1-2 days) are often available.
- UK sellers: 2-5 business days for standard delivery.
- EU sellers: 3-7 business days within the same country, longer for cross-border shipments.
The Apple Refurbished Store typically offers the same shipping speeds as new Apple products, including free standard shipping and paid express options.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, the seller will send you a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
