RefurbMe sends a confirmation email as soon as you create a product alert or sign up for the deal digest. It holds a 6-digit code and a "Confirm my email" button. RefurbMe sends no alert or digest until you confirm, and an alert still unconfirmed after 48 hours sends nothing. If the email hasn't arrived, try the steps below before reaching out to support.
Check your spam or junk folder
Email providers sometimes filter automated messages. Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from RefurbMe. If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" so future emails land in your inbox.
Verify your email address
A common reason for missing confirmation emails is a typo in the email address. Double-check the address you entered when creating your alert. Even a small mistake (like .con instead of .com) will prevent delivery.
Ask for a new confirmation email
If nothing is in your spam folder and you are sure the address is right, look for "You haven't confirmed your email yet." next to the alert form or in "Email Settings" on the alerts page, then click "Resend". RefurbMe emails you a sign-in link, titled "Your magic link". Opening that link confirms your address. It works once and expires after 24 hours.
You can ask for this link 3 times in 10 minutes. If it hasn't arrived, wait 10 minutes before you click "Resend" again.
A new alert or a new digest sign-up sends a 6-digit code instead. RefurbMe sends at most 3 of those codes an hour and 10 a day to the same address, so a new alert created past that limit may send nothing. Wait an hour before you try again.
Signed up for the deal digest?
The digest sign-up sends the same confirmation email, with the same 6-digit code, and the steps above apply to it too. Read more about the RefurbMe deal digest.

Tips for reliable delivery
- Add RefurbMe's sending address to your email contacts to prevent future filtering.
- Use a personal email address rather than a corporate one, as corporate mail servers may have stricter filtering rules.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full, as a full inbox will bounce incoming messages.
