Each kind of RefurbMe email stops on its own. To stop the weekly deal digest, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any digest. To stop a price or stock alert, click "Delete this alert" in one of its emails. Stopping the digest keeps your alerts running, and deleting an alert keeps the digest coming.

Why do I get the deal digest?

The first time you confirm your email address on RefurbMe, the deal digest is switched on. That happens when you sign up for the digest itself, and also when you confirm your first price or stock alert. You can stop it whenever you like.

How do I stop the deal digest?

  • Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any digest email. The Product Alerts page opens and tells you that you are off the digest. You don't need to sign in first.
  • Or open the Product Alerts page, go to "Email Settings" and set "RefurbMe Digest" to "No".

If your mail app shows its own unsubscribe button for the digest, that works too.

How do I stop one alert?

Every alert email has a "Delete this alert" button at the bottom. Click it and that alert stops, with no sign-in needed. Your other alerts and the digest carry on.

You can also click the bin icon next to an alert on the Product Alerts page. That page shows your alerts and settings only when you are signed in. "Manage your alerts" at the bottom of any alert email signs you in, and the guide to removing an alert explains the other way in.

Can I pause an alert instead?

Yes. On the Product Alerts page, turn off the switch next to the alert. A paused alert sends nothing and stays in your list. Turn the switch back on when you want it to watch again.

How do I stop everything except my alerts?

Under "Email Settings" on the Product Alerts page, click "unsubscribe from all emails". That turns off the digest and RefurbMe's other optional emails. Your active alerts keep running.

How do I stop every email, alerts included?

Delete your account. That removes your alerts, your email address and all data linked to them, and RefurbMe stops emailing you. Follow the steps in how to remove all your data and account.
