You can remove a notification or product alert on RefurbMe at any time, from an alert email or from the website. If you only want a break, you can pause an alert instead and resume it later.

Option 1: Remove from an email

Every product alert email has a "Delete this alert" button at the bottom, next to "Manage your alerts". Click "Delete this alert" to stop that alert. No login is required. "Manage your alerts" opens the list of all your alerts.

Option 2: Remove from the website

  1. Go to RefurbMe and click "Alerts" in the header.
  2. If you are not signed in, type the email address you used for your alerts in the "Retrieve your alerts" form. RefurbMe emails you a magic link. It works only once and expires after 24 hours.
  3. Click the link in that email. You will see the list of your alerts.
  4. Click the bin icon next to any alert you no longer want.

This is the quickest way to review several alerts at once.

Pause an alert instead

On the same page, turn off the switch next to an alert to stop it without deleting it. A paused alert sends nothing. Turn the switch back on when you want it to watch again.

Managing your alerts going forward

  • You can create a new alert at any time. It emails you when an offer at or under your price comes in stock or back in stock. Learn how in our guide to setting price alerts.

  • RefurbMe never sells your email address. Alerts only email you about the refurbished products you are tracking.
