No. RefurbMe is an online-only service. It compares refurbished Apple products from professional refurbishers, but it does not have a shop, does not sell devices, and does not ship or fulfil orders. There is no phone line either; support is by email and the help center. When you find a deal on RefurbMe, you click through and buy on the refurbisher's own website, where the warranty, payment, and delivery are handled.
