The warranty on refurbished Apple devices lasts 1 year at both Reboxed and TLX, as of 13 October 2026. On returns, the figures are 30 days at Reboxed and 60 days at TLX. Each figure is the minimum every listing at the store carries, so some listings come with more. Reboxed's policy says: "Covers technical defects and faulty parts."
Does Reboxed or TLX give longer to return a device?
TLX gives at least 60 days to return a refurbished Apple device, against at least 30 days at Reboxed, as of 13 October 2026. On warranty, the figures are 1 year at Reboxed and 1 year at TLX. TLX's policy says: "60 days to change your mind, with free returns."
