You will receive a refurbished device with genuine Apple replacement parts (as needed) that has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Refurbished iOS devices will come with new battery and outer shell.

• Premium: Screen: No scratches; Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and more) are visible when holding the product 30 centimeters away. Battery: >90% of original battery life.
• Excellent: Screen: No scratches; Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and more) are visible when holding the product 30 centimeters away. Battery: >80% of original battery life.

• Premium: Their screens and bodies have almost no signs of use; they contain only genuine manufacturer parts and batteries; and their batteries have a minimum capacity of 90%.
• Excellent: The body may have very light micro-scratches that are invisible at a distance of 8 inches (a bit longer than a standard-sized pencil) or more. For items with screens, the screen will have no scratches.

• Pristine: Flawless cosmetically and fully tested, pristine products are as good as new without the price tag.

• Certified: The item is in a pristine, like-new condition. It has been professionally inspected, cleaned, and refurbished by the manufacturer or a manufacturer-approved vendor to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Excellent: The item is in like-new condition.

• Like New (A): Item is new and unused with possible box damaged/box replaced with item seal removed.
• Excellent (B+): Item may have been purchased and returned as unwanted and as a result will have very slight marks on the casing and possible box damage or replaced box.
• Excellent (B-): Item may have been purchased and returned as unwanted and as a result will have very slight marks on the casing/screen with possible box damage or replaced box.

• Premium: Our Premium devices come with 90% battery life, exceeding the industry standard of 80%. The body and screen will show little-to-no signs of use, functioning as if new out of the box.
• Excellent: Our Excellent devices may have very light micro-scratches on the body that are not noticeable with normal use. The screen might show some extremely light signs of use, but these are not visible when the device is in use. These devices function like new.

• Pristine: In perfect condition with zero blemishes. Screen perfectly fresh with no visible marks or scratches, casing flawless with no marks or scratches. Minimum of 90% battery.
• Excellent: In excellent condition, may have minor signs of use. Screen and casing may show some light signs of use.

• Gold: Gold units are our highest standard of refurbished product. They may have minor marks on the case. They will show very minor wear and tear or small hair line scratches but will have no dents or screen damage.

• Excellent: Superb condition device with no signs of use when held at arms length from the eye. The device may have up to 3 blemishes such as hairline scratch.
